TrendMAK Kenya Limited has in place a Customer Focused Team made up of Sales and Marketing, Professional Services and a Plastic Card Production Unit. The Managing Director leads the Team. The Managing Director of the company has over 30 years Information Technology experience gained locally a nd internationally under NCR Worldwide Customer Service Employment. He has worked at senior level Management with NCR for over 20 years, during which period he has seen through computerization of most of the major Banks and Organizations. He was instrumental in the set up of the first Self Service Solutions (ATMs) in all the Major Banks e.g. STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, BARCLAYS BANK OF KENYA, KENYA COMMERCIAL BANK, NATIONAL BANK OF KENYA etc. He helped in designing and implementing the first ATM Lobbies in SCB on a TURNKEY basis and this won him Company Recognition Award. He was therefore listed among the celebrants and joined other company high achievers in the BAHAMAS for the year 2000 Great Recognition Event (GRE) celebrations. Under him was a highly motivated team of Engineers who maintained and supported a large customer base spread all over the Country.
The staff members are persons of high academic qualification in Information Technology and are masters in their respective work areas. They are highly motivated in offering their best to our customers for their own good and that of the company.
